With authentic Turkish cuisine, a low-lit dining area, and bellydancing on the weekends, Cazbar is the kind of place you’d want to take an out-of-town friend (if not a potential lover) to show off Baltimore’s hip factor. If you’re more into the club scene, head upstairs to the iLounge in the evenings for seating arrangements that encourage a little flirting. You’ll want to wear your nicest shirt.
